Due to food safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund.

✔ Product damaged during delivery
✔ Manufacturing defect (product must be unopened)

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds or returns will not be granted for:

✘ Change of mind, taste preference, or personal suitability
✘ Improper storage or consumption
✘ Minor packaging imperfections
✘ Requests submitted after the allowed timeframe

4. Return Request Timeframe

All return or refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product, together with:

• Order number

• Description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Requests made after this period will not be entertained.

• Processing time depends on the payment provider or bank

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

6. Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error or product defect, we will cover the return shipping cost

• Otherwise, return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer
